INGREDIENTS

5 x ORCHARDWORD SEEDLESS EASY PEELERS
150g GOOD QUALITY DARK CHOCOLATE
SEA SALT FLAKES
CHOPPED PECAN NUTS
1TSP COCONUT OIL
METHOD
1. Zest the peel of 2 Easy Peelers and set to one side. Divide all the Easy Peelers into segments.
2. Break the chocolate into chunks and put into a glass bowl with the coconut oil. Place over a saucepan with boiled water and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
3. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
4. Take each of the segments and dip halfway into the melted chocolate. Place onto the parchment paper.
5. Sprinkle with the sea salt flakes, pecan nuts and zest. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
