OrchardWorld's Clementine and Lemon Juice

INGREDIENTS 

8 OrchardWorld Clementines (Seedless Easy Peelers)

1/2 lemon

Fresh mint leaves

METHOD

1. Peel the citrus fruits and cut into quarters. Leave 1 to peel and split into segments.

2. Juice all the citrus fruits.

3. Mix well and serve with the clementine segments popped into the glass with the mint leaves.
